The Waqf Foundation of Universitas Islam Indonesia (YBW UII) is a legal entity established as a foundation under Notarial Deed No. 19 dated December 22, 1951, drawn up before R.M. Wiranto, Notary in Yogyakarta. The deed has undergone several amendments, most recently under Deed No. 03 dated August 11, 2025, and has been duly recorded in the foundation registry pursuant to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Letter No. AHU‑AH.01.06‑0055826 dated August 11, 2025. Guided by Islamic principles and in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations, YBW UII is dedicated to advancing education, social welfare, religious development, and humanitarian endeavors.
